Milling and Resurfacing S. R. 722 in Bridgeport
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on S. R. 722 in Bridgeport.
The project consists of milling and resurfacing 0.37 miles of S.R. 722 in Bridgeport. This project is scheduled to occur Sunday, September 11, 2022 through Sunday September 18, 2022. The milling segment of this project is anticipated to be performed on Sunday, September 11, 2022 through Tuesday, September 13, 2022. The resurfacing segment of this project is anticipated to be performed on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 through Sunday, September 18, 2022.
This project is included in the Department of Transportation’s 2022 Vendor Resurfacing Program.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect lane closures on S.R. 722 from Dean Place to Indian Ave. The work schedule for this project is Sunday through Friday from 7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
