Tell us when you move
If you move out of Connecticut, immediately report your new address in the ReEmployCT system and continue to file your weekly certifications for any weeks in which you are partially or fully unemployed. Also, unemployment benefits are taxable income and you will have to pay income taxes to the State of Connecticut wherever you live.
