Unemployment eligibility for people who can't work full time

In order to be eligible for unemployment benefits, you must be able and available for full-time employment unless you provide documentation from a licensed physician stating that you can’t work full time because of a permanent long term or chronic physical or mental impairment. A fact finding will be conducted to determine eligibility.
