Filing a CT Occupational Safety & Health Act Retaliation Complaint
Are you a public employee experiencing discrimination for reporting unhealthy or unsafe workplace conditions or exercising other rights under the CT Occupational Safety & Health Act (CONN-OSHA)?
Public employees may file a CONN-OSHA retaliation complaint under the CONN-OSHA Whistleblower Program.
Filing a Wage or Unemployment Insurance Retaliation Complaint
Employees who believe their employer has discriminated or retaliated against them for making a wage complaint or filing for unemployment compensation may file a complaint with the Legal Division.
