Appealing an overpayment decision
If you receive an letter from the Benefit Payment Control Unit, it will explain why they think you received more in unemployment benefits than you should have. The letter will include instructions for paying it back and for challenging their decision. Please note that you must respond within 14 days of the mailing date of the letter.
