DAS Procurement Covid Companies responding to COVID
Overview
Pursuant to PA 21-2, Section 190(b), below is a list of companies domiciled in this state that during the public health and civil preparedness emergencies declared by the Governor on March 10, 2020, under sections 19a-131a and 28-9 of the general statutes due to COVID-19 and any extension of such declarations, changed the company's business model to produce personal protective equipment to respond to COVID-19.

Any state agency purchasing personal protective equipment shall make reasonable efforts to purchase not less than twenty-five per cent of such personal protective equipment from companies on such list. The provisions of this subsection shall not apply if such equipment is not available for purchase from a company on such list or does not meet the requirements of the purchasing state agency.
