Non-Priority List Grant Process – Step 11: Grant Complete

This is it, the finish line.

Once the final audit payment has been issued to the district or a required refund has been received by DAS, the grant is officially deemed complete and closed at DAS.

Record Retention

Although the grant is officially closed and documentation is no longer required to be retained for purposes of the audit of the school construction grant, you may still need to retain project documentation under other state, local or applicable laws or regulations. Please consult your attorney for guidance on record retention.

Congratulations

From application to audit, your project has moved through every step of the Non-Priority List process.

The project is complete. The final grant payment has been made. The grant file is closed.
