Tangoe Disconnect Process

Overview

This process document details the steps to perform a service disconnect via the Tangoe application for all service types (wireless, circuit, lines, etc…).

Prior to executing a disconnect order please gather the below required information.

  1. Obtain the wireless device number(s), phone line number(s), or circuit info to be disconnected
  2. First and last name (as it appears on their employee paycheck) of the requesting employee
  3. Primary and Secondary Points of Contact (if available) (Full Names and contact numbers)
  4. Date desired to have service disconnected.
