Overview
Bluebeam is PDF software that has been designed for use by the Engineering and Construction communities. The Bureau of Engineering and Construction has standardized on the use of Bluebeam as it's PDF software. Bluebeam is currently being used by the Bureau of Engineering and Construction for following tasks:

- Consolidated Plan Viewing Using the Set Feature
