Project 0063-0741 Webpage

Welcome to the webpage for Project 63-741, Pedestrian Improvements at Ramp Termini in Hartford.

An open house for the project will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Hartford Public Library (Downtown Library), Center for Contemporary Culture, at 500 Main St. This open house aims to inform the community about the proposed project, gather feedback, and answer any questions.

The project involves improving pedestrian connections across freeway ramps.

Right-of-way impacts include minor acquisitions, temporary construction easements, and rights to grade and construct driveways.

Construction is expected to start spring 2028, subject to available funding and right-of-way acquisition. The estimated cost is $3 million with 80% federal funds and 20% state funds.
