Project 0051-0276 Webpage

Welcome to the webpage for replacement of bridge on Route 10 carrying over stream in Farmington.

A virtual public informational meeting for the project was held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. The recording of that event can be accessed at the CTDOT Virtual Public Information Meeting Video Library.

The purpose of this project is to replace an aging structure to ensure long-term resiliency of the stream, as well as increase pedestrian accessibility along the east edge of Route 10.

Construction is expected to start spring 2027, depending on funding, right-of-way acquisitions, and permits. The estimated cost is $3.11 million, with 80% federal funds and 20% state funds.
