The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing joint repairs will be performed on the Goldstar Bridge, I-95 north in New London. The repairs will occur on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. These repairs ensure the bridge remains in a state of good repair.
The repairs are being performed by State Forces.
LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO
There will be a left 3 lane wide closure on I-95 north between Exits 83 and 86 Wednesday December 10, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Traffic control signing patterns and Crash Units will guide motorists through the work zone.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
