The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is alerting customers of the upcoming train service adjustments to the Hartford Line (HL) effective Monday, March 4, 2024. These modifications are designed to preserve connections to and from the Northeast Corridor.
Please note that these adjustments may alter train schedules by as much as 40 minutes, and some connection times may differ. However, these changes will not impact boarding assignments at any station platforms.
HL trains with key schedule adjustments include:
Weekday Northbound
- Amtrak 474 departing New Haven Union Station at 4:25 p.m., 25 minutes later.
- Amtrak 494 departing New Haven Union Station at 7:45 p.m., 10 minutes later.
Weekday Southbound
- CTrail 4461 departing Hartford Union station at 4:55 p.m., 10 minutes earlier.
- Amtrak 417 departing Springfield at 6:25 p.m., 40 minutes later.
- Amtrak 479 departing Springfield at 7:35 p.m., 10 minutes later.
