The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing fog sealing of the right shoulder of I-395 in Montville and Norwich. There will be low-speed lane closures on I-395 northbound on Thursday September 24th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm from exit 9 to exit 18. On September 25th a low-speed lane closure will occur on I-395 southbound from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm from exit 9 to exit 18.

The ramp was originally scheduled to reopen on or before October 5, 2020. The closure and detour were necessary to facilitate construction/safety improvements to the I-84 westbound bridge over Ridgewood Road.
