The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing fog sealing of the right shoulder of I-395 in Montville and Norwich. There will be low-speed lane closures on I-395 northbound on Thursday September 24th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm from exit 9 to exit 18.
