The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 64 in Woodbury and Middlebury from Flanders Nature Center, Woodbury to Route 188, Middlebury.
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 64 in Woodbury and Middlebury from Flanders Nature Center, Woodbury to Route 188, Middlebury.
The project consists of milling and resurfacing a 1.82-mile segment of Route 64 in Woodbury and Middlebury. The Milling of this project is scheduled to start on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, and be completed on Wednesday, June 1, 2022. The Resurfacing of this project is scheduled to start on Monday, June 6, 2022, and is scheduled to be completed on Friday, June 10, 2022.
This project is included in the Department of Transportation’s 2022 Vendor Resurfacing Program.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect delays and one lane alternating Traffic. The regular work schedule for this project is Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
