The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing scheduled ramp closures in Montville and Norwich to facilitate paving activities on I-395.
The project consists of resetting catch basin tops, surface patching, crack sealing, installation of ultra-thin bonded PMA (asphalt) and new pavement markings on I-395 from exit 5 to exit 18.
