The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a thin surface treatment project will take place on Route 68 in Prospect from the Naugatuck Town Line to Route 69. This project is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, April 14 and be completed on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.

Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The night work schedule for this project is 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Sunday through Thursday).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
