The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing bridge repair work will be performed on I-84 east and west between exits 46 and 44 in Hartford. This project is scheduled to occur Wednesday, March 18 into Thursday, March 19, 2026. This project ensures the bridge(s) remains in a state of good repair.
This project is being performed by Hartford Bridge Maintenance.
LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO
There will be multiple lane closures of I-84 east and westbound between exits 46 and 44 starting Wednesday night, March 18 into Thursday morning, March 19, 2026. The scheduled work hours for this project are 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Traffic control signage patterns will guide motorists through the work zone.
