The project DOT1703602CN consists of milling and resurfacing I-95 southbound Exit 41 off-ramp in Orange. This project is scheduled to begin milling and paving by Waters Construction on Monday November 2, to Tuesday November 3, 2026.
This project is included in CTDOT’s 2026 Vendor Resurfacing Program.

Motorists can expect ramp closures on I-95 southbound Exit 41 off-ramp in Orange. Traffic control personnel, signing patterns and state troopers will guide motorists through the work zone. The work schedule for this project is from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Monday night to Tuesday morning.
