The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing continued bridge work will be performed on I-84 Eastbound between Exits 35 & 36 in Plainville. This project is scheduled to occur Wednesday, March 11, 2026. This project ensures the bridge remains in a state of good repair.
This project is being performed by Hartford Bridge Maintenance.

I-84 eastbound will have a left lane closure starting the evening of Wednesday, March 11, 2026, into the following morning. The scheduled work hours for this project are 7:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Traffic control signage patterns will guide motorists through the work zone.
