Motorists can expect limited access in Hartford on I-91 southbound near Exit 30 and a closure of the off-ramp to I-84 eastbound. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone with a posted detour route. The scheduled work hours for this project are from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
