The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on the Guilford Commuter Lot. This project is scheduled to occur on Monday, October 27 and be completed on Thursday, October 30, 2025. The project DOT01730543CN consists of milling and resurfacing the Guilford Commuter Lot at Goose Lane. This project is scheduled to begin milling and paving by Waters Construction on Monday, October 27 to Thursday, October 30, 2025.
This project is included in CTDOT’s 2025 Vendor Resurfacing Program.
LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO
Motorists can expect closure of the Guilford Commuter Lot at Goose Lane. Variable message sign boards will be posted in the commuter lot at before the closure. The work schedule for this project is from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Monday night to Thursday morning.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
