The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing metal guide rail installation & repair will take place on Route 15 north and southbound between interchange 57 and 58 in Woodbridge and New Haven beginning on January 20, 2025. This work is scheduled to be completed by Friday, January 24, 2025.
The metal beam rail system is being repaired and upgraded to the current RB-MASH system.
The work is being performed by New England Road Construction, of Clinton, Connecticut.
LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO
Motorists can expect a closure of one lane Route 15 north and southbound between interchange 57 and 58 in Woodbridge and New Haven beginning Monday, January 20, 2025. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will guide motorists through the work zone. The work schedule for this project is from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
