The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that upgrades of existing guiderail will be performed on Service Road 540 in East Granby from mile marker 0.00 (Hartford Avenue) to 1.421 (South Main Street). This project is scheduled to occur on Monday, June 2, 2025 and be completed on Monday June 16, 2025. Project 0170-3718 consists of upgrading existing guiderail systems to current standard systems.
This project is being performed by Eagle Fence Company.
LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO
There will be lane closures on Service Road 540 from Monday, June 2, 2025 to Monday, June 16, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Traffic control signing patterns and flaggers will guide motorists through the work zone.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
