The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a guiderail upgrade will be performed on Route 39 in Sherman. This project is scheduled to occur on Thursday, January 16 and be completed on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. The project 0170-3718 consists of upgrading existing guiderail systems.
This project is being performed by Durham Fence Company.
LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO
There will be lane closures on Route 39 from Thursday, January 16 to Wednesday, January 22, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. No work will be performed on the Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday. Traffic control signing patterns and flaggers will guide motorists through the work zone.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
