The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that the manhole structure replacement will be performed on the Morgan Street on-ramp to I-84 eastbound in Hartford. This project is scheduled to occur overnight on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
This project is being performed by State Forces.

The Morgan Street on-ramp to I-84 will be closed starting Tuesday, December 2, 2025, from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Traffic will be detoured.
