The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that joint crack seal will be performed on Route 7 southbound between Exits 11 and 12 in Danbury and Brookfield. This project is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, May 13 and be completed on Wednesday, May 14, 2025. The project consists of joint crack seal.
This project is being performed by Metcalf Paving.
LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO
There will be lane and ramp closures on Route 7 southbound between Exits 11-12. Traffic control signing patterns and detour signs will guide motorists through the work zone. The night work schedule for this project is 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
