The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing bridge maintenance on Route 15 northbound over Route 243 in Woodbridge and New Haven beginning on March 31, 2025
The work is being performed by New England Road, Inc. of Clinton, Connecticut.
LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO
During this time motorists can expect lane closures and a traffic pattern shift on Route 15 northbound between interchange 58 and 59 in Woodbridge and New Haven beginning Monday, March 31, 2025. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will guide motorists through the work zone. The work schedule for this project is from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Monday-Friday. Additionally, once the lane shift is completed, work to reconstruct the bridge parapet will begin resulting in intermittent day time single lane closures between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
