The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing the removal of the 16-ton bridge load restriction on the East Haddam Swing Bridge, which carries Route 82 over the Connecticut River between East Haddam and Haddam.
Vehicles and loads requiring permits will continue to be restricted.
