Vegetation Management Safety Improvement: Route 9 South Exit 29 Off-Ramp in Cromwell
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing a ramp closure for vegetation management safety improvements on Route 9 southbound Exit 29 in Cromwell Wednesday, February 14 through Friday, February 16, 2024. The project consists of using a material handler with grapple saw to improve sight lines and remove vegetation encroaching the highway.
LANE CLOSURE INFO/DETOUR INFO
Motorists can expect ramp closure at Exit 29 on Route 9 southbound from 9:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., Wednesday through Friday. The project is be performed by J & J Brothers.
Traffic will be detoured Route 9 southbound, take Exit 27 (Route 372), take left onto Route 372, take left onto Route 9 northbound, take Exit 29 on to I-91 northbound.
