Surveying on I-95 and Exit 15 Southbound Ramp in Norwalk

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a surveying operation will be performed on I-95 and Exit 15 Southbound Ramp in Norwalk on Saturday, June 15, 2024. This survey work is being completed in advance of CTDOT Project Number 102-372, Rehabilitation of Bridge Nos. 00058 and 03563 over Metro North Railroad. The project consists of surveying which will be performed on I-95 Southbound & Exit 15 Southbound Ramp in Norwalk.

The surveying operation will be performed by state forces. 

LANE CLOSURE INFO

Motorists can expect lane closures on I-95 southbound from Exit 17 to Exit 15, including closures on Exit 15 southbound Ramp in Norwalk. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Saturday.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
