The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing pavement preservation on I-95 north and southbound in Orange, Woodbridge, New Haven, Darien, and Norwalk. This project is scheduled to occur on Monday, September 9, 2024.
CTDOT Project No. 0173-0540 was awarded to Tilcon Connecticut Inc of New Britain, CT on February 23, 2024 for $18,861,960.00 with an official start date of April 1, 2024. The project is expected to be completed in December 2024. This project is administered by the Bureau of Engineering and Construction, Office of Construction, District 3 in New Haven.
LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO
There will be daytime lane closures on I-95 weekdays Monday through Wednesday from Exit 10 to 16 between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized when needed to guide motorists through the work zone. Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions and seek alternate routes.
