The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing a modern roundabout construction of Route 154 near the Route 82 Connector in Haddam. This project is scheduled to occur on Monday, September 9, 2024.
CTDOT Project No. 0060-0160 was awarded to Richards Corporation at a cost of $14,660,000.00 on December 27, 2023, and is scheduled to be completed November 2, 2025. This project is administered by the Bureau of Engineering and Construction, Office of Construction, District 2 in the Town of Haddam.

Full Depth Construction will begin Monday September 9, 2024 and motorists should expect to travel on a gravel roadway during this time.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized when needed to guide motorists through the work zone. Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions and seek alternate routes.
