Milling and Resurfacing Project: Route 15 Southbound in North Haven and Wallingford
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 15 southbound in North Haven and Wallingford. This project is scheduled to occur Sunday, April 21 through Wednesday, May 29, 2024. The milling segment of this project is scheduled to be performed on Sunday, April 21 through Tuesday, May 7, 2024. The resurfacing segment of this project is scheduled to be performed on Sunday, May 5 through Wednesday, May 29, 2024.
No work will be performed from Friday, May 24 through Monday, May 27, 2024.
This project is included in CTDOT’s 2024 Vendor Resurfacing Program.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 15 southbound from just before the Meriden/Wallingford town line to just after the North Haven/Wallingford town line. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will guide motorists through the work zone. The night work schedule for this project is 7:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., Sunday night through Friday morning.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
