Milling and Resurfacing of Interstate 84 East and West between exits 46 and 50 in Hartford
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Interstate 84 east and west between Exits 46 and 50 in Hartford. The project DOT01703602CN consists of milling and resurfacing a 2.78-mile segment of Interstate 84 east and west between Exits 46 and 50 in Hartford. This project is scheduled to begin milling and resurfacing by Waters Construction starting Sunday, June 9 to Tuesday, July 2, 2024.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect lane and ramp closures on Interstate 84 east and west in Hartford, from Exit 46 to 50. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will guide motorists through the work zone. The night work schedule for the milling and resurfacing is Sunday, June 9 to Tuesday, July 2, 2024, 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area. No work will be performed around any scheduled holidays.
