Guiderail Upgrades on Route 10 Northbound in Cheshire
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that guiderail upgrades will be performed on Route 10 northbound in Cheshire starting Monday, May 20, 2024. The project consists of upgrading guiderail on Route 10 Northbound in the town of Cheshire. This work is scheduled from Monday, May 20 through Thursday, May 30, 2024.
LANE CLOSURE INFO:
Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 10 (Highland Avenue) northbound in Cheshire between Main Street and East Mitchell Avenue. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for installing this guiderail by Atlas Fence is 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area. No work will be performed during any holidays.
