Guiderail Installation on I-395 Northbound in Thompson
CTDOT is announcing that a guiderail installation will be performed on I-395 northbound in Thompson starting Monday, May 6, 2024. This project is scheduled to begin on Monday, May 6, through Friday, August 9, 2024. No work will be performed on May 27, due to the Memorial Day holiday and July 4, 2024, due to the Independence Day holiday.
This work is being performed by Atlas Industrial.
LANE CLOSURE INFO:
Motorists can expect lane closures to occur on I-395 Northbound from the Putnam Town Line to the Massachusetts State Line. A state trooper, crash attenuator vehicles and signing patterns will guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
