The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that, to facilitate construction work associated with the I-95 Interchange 74 Improvements in East Lyme, the on-ramp to I-95 northbound (at Exit 74) will need to close for three (3) weeks beginning October 1, 2024. The on-ramp to I-95 northbound (at Exit 74) will be closed for three (3) weeks beginning on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. This closure is necessary to facilitate construction of retaining wall 109 and backfilling of abutment 2 area of the new bridge carrying I-95 over Route 161. Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour.
DETOUR
