The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a bridge maintenance project will be performed on Route 66 (Arrigoni Bridge) in Portland/Middletown on Wednesday, January 24, 2024.
The project consists of bridge repairs on Arrigoni Bridge over the Connecticut River westbound. The work schedule for this project is from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
This project is administered by the CTDOT’s 2024 bridge maintenance, District 1 in Hartford Bridge Department.

Motorists can expect limited access on Route 66 westbound between Main Street in Portland and Main Street in Middletown. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will guide motorists through the work zone.
