Bridge Deck Milling Project on Bridge No. 00410, East and Westbound on Route 2 in Norwich
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a bridge deck milling project will be performed on Bridge No. 00410 east and westbound on Route 2 in Norwich. The project consists of bridge deck milling at Bridge No. 00410, Eastbound and Westbound, on Route 2 in Norwich. The work is scheduled for Monday, June 24, 2024.
LANE CLOSURE INFO:
Motorists can expect lane closures to occur on Route 2, east and westbound at Bridge No. 00410 over New England Central Railroad in Norwich. Crash attenuator vehicles and signing patterns will guide motorists through the work zone. The work schedule for this project is from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
