Welcome to Fuel Control
The CTDOT Fuel Control Unit is responsible for the procurement, inventory control, and withdrawal of motor vehicle fuel for use in vehicles and equipment owned by more than 50 state agencies. Below you will find Prokee, fuel station, and contact information, and other applicable forms. Please refer back to this page for up-to-date information regarding temporary fuel station closings, and other pertinent fuel information.
PROKEE INFORMATION
Fuel Prokees must be stored in a secured location and are recommended to be kept with the vehicle ignition key. Fuel Prokees must be free from all debris. Please be sure to check the fuel Prokee for debris or damage before every use.

If the FuelMaster unit displays an error message while trying to obtain fuel during regular operating hours, please inform the attendant in the clerk’s office at the fuel station location. The attendant will request your vehicle plate number and agency information then will contact Fuel Control for authorization to fuel your vehicle using the station’s Supervisor Prokee. This one-time, courtesy fill allows you time to request and obtain a new Prokee using the appropriate form below.
