Eligibility

All open school construction projects that have been authorized by the State of Connecticut for a grant commitment are eligible to submit payment requests pursuant to C.G.S. 10-287i.  Please note that each payment request is subject to an in depth review, and is analyzed for eligibility based on each project’s specific circumstances.
