Eligibility

School construction* grant funding is available to the following entities upon compliance with grant application and plan review procedures:

Connecticut towns and municipalities
Regional School Districts
Regional Educational Service Centers (RESCs)

*Note that Connecticut Technical High School System (CTHSS) projects administered by the State of Connecticut are paid for through the Office of Grants Administration. These projects are subject to the same approval and application procedures that apply to all municipalities and regional school districts.
