I have completed my online application/renewal – how long will it take for me to get my license/certificate?
Because all applications and renewals must be reviewed by OSFM Staff, your certificate will not immediately arrive in your email inbox. Processing times can vary by credential type, and approvals of new applications typically take longer than renewals of existing licenses. Please allow at least five business days before asking about your application or renewal (via email osfm.online@ct.gov.)
