DAS Construction Services - Construction Stormwater General Permits
The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Construction Activities ("Construction Stormwater General Permit") requires developers and builders to prepare and implement a Stormwater Pollution Control Plan (SPCP) and make those plans available for public review. The SPCP is designed to prevent the movement of sediments off construction sites into nearby water bodies and to address the impacts of stormwater discharges from a project after construction is complete.
