Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Construction Services
The Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Construction Services is the state’s primary department for State Building Construction Projects (otherwise known as “Capital Building Construction Projects”) requested by Connecticut Executive and Judicial Branch State Agencies.
Examples of Capital Building Construction Projects include the construction, remodeling, or renovation of buildings and improvements to property and grounds at courthouses, correctional facilities, Connecticut State College and University campuses and facilities, hospitals and health care facilities, state parks, research laboratories, state office buildings, and police and fire training facilities.
