The Office of Education and Data Management (OEDM) was established to carry out the credentialing functions of the Office of the State Building Inspector and the Office of State Fire Marshal.
Licensure training and continuing education programs for Building Inspector, Assistant Building Inspector, Residential Building Inspector, Plan Review Technician, Construction Inspector, Plumbing Inspector, Electrical Inspector, Mechanical Inspector and Heating and Cooling Inspector fall under the advisory auspices of the Building Code Training Council (BCTC).
The Building Code Training Council does not hold regularly scheduled meetings during the year.
