Welcome to the webpage for Project 113-113, the Replacement of Bridge No. 07104 carrying Route 165 over unnamed brook in Preston.
A virtual public informational meeting for the project will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. This meeting aims to inform the community about the proposed project, gather feedback, and answer any questions.
The proposed project plans to improve the condition of the culvert and ensure that the structure meets current safety standards by replacement.
Right-of-way impacts include two construction easements.
Construction is expected to start in spring 2029, depending on funding, right-of-way acquisition, and permits. The estimated cost is $3 million, with 80% federal funds and 20% state funds.
