• On my Learner Dashboard, what does it mean for my Credential Status to be Compliant or not?+
  Answer:

  The column headed "Compliant" only serves to remind you if you have met the required credits to maintain your credential(s) for your current training cycle.  If it says Yes, then you have earned as many credits as you need for your credential to automatically renew at the end of your current cycle.  If it says No, then you still have more continuing education credits to earn prior to your End Date.  

• What is the difference between my Credential Report and my Transcript?+
  Answer:

  The Credential Report lists all courses and programs you have been given credit for within your current training cycle.  The Transcript lists all the programs you've attended by calendar year, regardless of training cycle, since OEDM went live on this current system.  

• Can I check if someone has the credential(s) they say they do?+
  Answer:

  Absolutely! Go to the OEDM LMS login screen, and instead of logging in, click on the "Verify Credential" button.  It will take you to a screen where you can type all or part of someone's name, and it will list out the Names, Credentials, Cycle End Dates, and Compliance Status of the persons in our system matching your search.
