Pavement Joint and Crack Sealing on State Routes in the Greater Hartford Area

performed on state routes in the Greater Hartford area starting Monday, May 27 through Friday, November 8, 2024. The project consists of the application of Joint and Crack Sealant on State Routes within District 1. This project is scheduled to be performed by CT Sealcoating Inc. No work will be performed the day before or day after all state recognized holidays.

LANE CLOSURE INFO

Traffic control personnel, sign patterns, cones, and truck mounted attenuators will guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is Monday, May 27 to Friday, November 8, 2024, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.

  • Route 189 | Bloomfield / West Hartford / Hartford
    • Route 44 to Route187
  • Route 69 | Bristol
    • Route 72 to Route 6
  • Route 71 | Berlin
    • Route 372 to Overpass Service Road 571
  • Route 171 | Union
    • Route 190 to Ringe Road

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area. No work will be performed around any scheduled holidays.
